Mount Victoria UHT Full Cream milk is naturally packed, contains a full range of essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals like A, B2, B3, B6, B12, D, E, K and magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc and selenium. It is a richest source of calcium, proteins and healthy fats. One cup of milk (250ml) provides 300mg of calcium, representing a half to a third of calcium’s recommended daily intake for children from 1 to 11 years of age and around one third of adult daily dietary recommendation from the National Health and Medical Research Council Australia (2014).
